Karolína has lots of experience from large corporations. She worked for over 5 years in logistics, where she focused on leading people and implementing projects for world-renowned brands such as Hewlett Packard and Dell. Soon after maternity leave, she wanted to learn more about the family business and found her role here.

Ondřej has always been interested in design, he has lead several successful reconstructions of apartments and offices. He knows how to deal with all technical problems and he is the leader of our team of technicians who take care of the smooth running of all our properties. He makes decisions on strategy and investments together with his sister Karolína.

History
1898
Palace was built by Mr. Krudenc in one year.
1906
Josef Hybský became co-owner of Krudenc Palace.
1926
The Hybský family buys the Palace. It has had their name since then.
1948
The Palace was confiscated by the Communists for many years.
1990
Mr. Karel Hybský and his uncle gained the Palace back in restitution and he made another investments in real estate.
2011
The 4th generation of Hybský took over the family business and restructured the property management system.
2019
EXPANSION. Become the next important milestone in the history of the Hybský family.
